I began seeing Dr. Herbert in April 2024 after years of struggling with persistent rosacea and what I later learned was perioral dermatitis. After countless attempts to manage my skin without real answers from other dermatologists, she quickly and accurately identified the underlying issue and immediately put me on a treatment regimen that truly changed the trajectory of my skin. For the first time in years, I felt like I was finally on the path to clear, healthy skin.

What sets her apart is how incredibly thorough and attentive she is. She takes the time to really get to know her patients, listen carefully, and understand the full picture — something that feels increasingly rare in healthcare today. Her depth of knowledge is evident in every appointment, and it’s clear she stays current with the latest medical research and advances in dermatology.

I have had the pleasure of being a patient of Dr. Herbert’s for 15 plus years!  Dr. Herbert and her staff are warm, professional, and organized.  She is extremely detailed, knowledgeable, and explains every step of the examination clearly.

She has also seen my daughter for some acne issues and has been excellent with her as well.

I’ve been going to Dr. Herbert for years, initially for annual scans and more recently for rosacea management. She has also seen my teen daughter to help with acne. She is always incredibly thorough (obvi important when performing skin cancer scans) and she helps me understand the bigger picture when it comes to contributing factors and things I would never know to look into (e.g., autoimmune flags, etc.). Dr. Courtney Herbert is one of the most competent, caring, & kind doctors I've ever know.  She "meets you where you are" and doesn't shame you for being human.  She's very efficient and is truly present - she actually looks at you when she answers your questions or talks to you.  Her staff is also kind, caring, and competent.  I've had excellent results with Dr. Herbert. In fact, I look forward to my appointments with her.
